Readers on Location!

I was excited when Readers.com contacted me about featuring their stylish reading glasses in my blog. As the years go on, I can’t live without readers. How awesome is it that Readers.com makes sure us mid-life fashionistas always look chic?
The selection at Readers.com is out of this world. So many cool choices.  It was hard to narrow it down to three pairs, but here are my favorites.  

First, let me introduce you to The Lucia (in red).  Love the designer inspired side swirl detail! I took these glam beauties to the park to read.



Next, I took The Hadley Bi-Focal Sun Reader (in brown fade) to the beach!  These are just gorgeous sunnies that fade to a light brown on the bottom.  I could walk around in these … and stop to read … all without changing glasses!  

And last, but certainly not least, here’s The Brit (in brown leopard). I love the retro sexy librarian vibe! I took this sassy pair to a cafe.

    I'm using my readers more and more so thanks for this post. I am very surprised by the first pair, they seem like a perfect knock-off of the Prada swirly sunglasses a few years ago. The trademark lawyers go crazy over that kind of stuff!

    Very stylish readers indeed… I resisted bifocals at my last appointment, prefering to remove my glasses for up close reading… and to use reading glasses when I have my contacts.. I might go for bifocals next time and just face my aging eyes…

    Girl! I love every pair on you. I did a collaboration with readers awhile back, but since i need prescriptions, I couldnt see at all! I love the first style, very Prada-esque, that swirl on the side and color looks awesome on you. The second pair looks like a great pair for the sun, and wouldnt you know it! We both picked the same leopard cat eye ones! I love them on you.so stylish in each one

    I never thought reading glasses got styles? Thanks for sharing an amazing way to enjoy reading without having to feel old. However, in a couple pictures, I saw you holding the book but your eyes were elsewhere. LOL Fabulous looks dear!!!

What a great start to an eyeglasses wardrobe; you've definitely got your "diva" (the first pair), "dual purpose" (the tinted second pair), and "retro" (the cat-eye) bases covered!!     Are you reading "Insurgent" by choice or by english teacher, either way, are you enjoying it? I remember the summer's when I was still teaching I couldn't wait to catch up on all my 'fun' reading list.
