Royalty for Me Review!

February 2, 2015
When Royalty for Me contacted me about doing a review, I was excited and nervous. Pants aren’t usually a thing that I can order online, but I loved their selection and wanted to give it a try.  How delighted was I when their hyperstretch skinny pant fit like a dream!?
These fab pants are comfortable like leggings, but the fabric has substantial weight and stretch to give you a smooth silhouette.
Don’t you just love the on trend maroon color?
You can tell how much fun I had styling these!
Then of course black pants are always super flattering, right? I’m feeling absolutely svelte in these Zippered Pull-On Hyperstretch skinnies
Great for a sexy date night look …
Or dressed down for a cute casual ensemble.

Along with these fab hyperstretch skinnies, Royalty for Me has a chic denim collection called “WannaBettaButt” that promises to “lift and shift” the booty and skinnies called “InstaShape” for slimming. They didn’t have my size or I definitely would’ve tried those as well, because who doesn’t want a little extra help when offered?!

Check out the website:
Along with amazing products, the Royalty for Me team was a joy to work with. Top-notch customer service AND super flattering pants?
Yes, please!

Beaded sweater & FUN FASHION FRIDAY LINK UP!

January 30, 2015
Welcome to the FUN FASHION FRIDAY link up party!  So excited that last week’s maiden voyage was such a success and thanks so much to all the fabulous ladies who linked up!

Here’s my look for the party today …

Close up of the bead trim …

When I came out in this sweater, the hubby said, “Where in the world do you even buy something like that?!” LOL.  I love his funny reactions to my fashion sense.  And I’m going to take it as a compliment whether or not he meant it as one!

So where do you buy a crazy fabulous sweater with ribbon and bead trim?  The thrift store!

I had planned to pair the sweater with some flared jeans and clogs for a totally 70’s look, but the proportions just didn’t work. I went with skinnies and flats and was pleased with the results. What do you think?

The very best part of the sweater?  It makes a charming little clink & tinkle when I walk! I wanted to do the twist all day! Hey, did I ever mention fashion can be fun?!

And speaking of fun, I thought it would be cool to feature a few of my favorite fun looks from last week’s link up. So hard to just pick a few!  But here they are …

Suzanne Carillo of Suzanne Carillo Style Files looking retro and dapper.
Annette of Lady of Style looking perfect for a walk in the snow!

Tina of Tickled Pink Woman in her charming Downton Abbey inspired look.

Okay, so now on to this week’s link up fun!  Please link back and don’t forget to follow along on Bloglovin so you never miss a party!
