Casual Outfit w/ Matching Heather Brown Pieces

March 12, 2026

It’s that time of year … the days start off cool and warm up by lunchtime! Layering is essential and Quince makes it easy to mix and match colors.

I love this Heather Brown shade from Quince. It’s a bit of a taupe brown, a bit of a cooler shade than most browns, so more flattering on some skin tones. And because Quince has several pieces available in this yummy color, you can do some matching. Here I am wearing a cotton crewneck striped sweater with a matching sweater tank (here’s another tank in Heather Brown, since mine keeps selling out!). It’s the perfect layering for a spring day that starts cooler and gets warmer. I also love the sweater tied around the waist or shoulders!

Also wearing Quince Straight Leg Jeans, Naot Sunset sneakers, and carrying an old straw bag (this one is cute). My Warby Parker sunglasses and small silver hoop earrings finish off the look.

See the sneakers and the sweater styled in different ways.
