Many of us won’t actually get fall weather for awhile, which means us fashionistas itching to wear our fall pieces are decidedly irritated.

Here’s one outfit idea …
I pulled out my burgundy midi skirt that hasn’t seen the light of day since about Valentine’s Day, I think. I added a faux wrap top in some pretty fall colors, but still lightweight and short sleeve. I added my vintage Prada shoes that I’m pretty ga-ga over. The grommet belt seemed like an unexpected touch, but … #1 the look needed a belt … and #2 I thought the grommets were a nice call back to the grommets on the shoes. Viola! A pretty fall look … still cool enough for summer weather.

Great outfit. I live in Florida so won't get to wear any type of fall outfit until about January! So I like your idea of incorporating fall colors and pairing with something like that pretty short sleeved peplum top.
