Fun and Chic Readers!

February 25, 2018

Readers.com makes readers so cool you’ll want to wear them all the time!

style over 40, style over 50

This post is a collaboration with Readers.com.  All opinions are all my own as always.

Even though I wear multi-focal contact lens, I can’t read small print with them.  Readers.com comes to the rescue with an amazing collection of fashion forward looks to suit every outfit and mood.

When you check out the Readers.com website, you’ll find so many cool shapes and fun colors that you’ll have trouble picking just one pair. Don’t even bother … they’re super affordable so you can treat yourself.  For about the same price as those ugly drugstore readers, you can select from so many chic choices.

The first pair I couldn’t say no to was The Aelin – Red & Tortoise. With pretty tortoise arms and a trendy round frame in red (my fav color), this pair has been my constant sidekick since I got then.

A cool cat eye always looks chic and a bit mysterious, so I chose The Fauna Cat Eye in Purple & Black. The shape gives this pair a classic vibe, and the color combination makes them look fresh and trendy. Win-win!

And then I had to try a pair of sun readers and not only were these electric blue ones so fun, they were also … foldable?!  Yes, foldable!  This fun pair folds into a teeny little pouch that you can hook onto a belt loop or key chain. I’m wearing the Brayton Foldable Sun Reader – Blue with Smoke.

Do you wear readers?  If so, I’d definitely suggest checking out Readers.com for chic AND affordable options … happy eye, happy wallet, happy fashionista.

Just a fun sidenote, I enjoyed looking back to my posts about Readers.com in the past.  It was a long time ago and my photography skills were … umm … sad, but all the readers are adorable! It was also fun to see my old mountain house, nicknamed “The Treehouse.”  I actually miss the mountains a lot.  But I love being close to everything too.  Can I please have a sleek penthouse in the city AND a mountain cabin retreat AND keep my charming 1930’s Willow Glen tutor as well?!  Is it too much to ask?!  😀  (Those posts should show up in the “related” section right under this post if you’re interested.)

Have a fabulous start to your week, Dolls!

Fun & Fashion,

Dawn Lucy

Aren’t they fabulous! I’ve got three pairs all very different from yours, but I love them all. Thanks for sharing.

I was contacted by readers.com a while ago and should have taken them up on their offer… At this point, I have to finally admit that it is NOT normal to stretch your arm miles in front of your body…

Your readers are adorable! Thanks for sharing and reminding us that they can be cool!
