To celebrate our 12 year anniversary, Shannon and I spent the day in Sausalito. The weather was spring perfection and we really enjoyed walking around, checking out the swanky boats, pretty houses, and cute boutiques. We ate lunch at the Barrel House which was yummy, with great service and beautiful views.
I found my new favorite skirt! I’ve been looking for a midi skirt that I could use in the capsule wardrobe I’m working on. This one is perfect! Black and white floral, with slight shades of off-white and pale gray, this skirt goes with everything. Plus no slit! Seriously, Ladies, high side slits in midi skirts is the bane of my existence! I will find the perfect skirt, only to find a thigh high slit that makes it work inappropriate. Sigh. Anyway, this skirt has it all!
So, this pretty print blouse was a purchase I made to go with a new skirt that I bought. Not only did they not look quite right together (that happens, right?) but the skirt actually didn’t fit too well either and went back to the store. So … I thought about sending the blouse back, but … why? It’s so pretty and versatile! It’s pretty now for spring, and it will be nice for inside with A/C in the summer, and then just right for fall too. I liked it so much that I was looking forward to sharing the link with you and unfortunately it’s already sold out. That’s happening a lot this time of year with all the sales going on!
