Are you a yoga fan, Friends? I have to admit that I wasn’t too excited about yoga for a long time. I had tried a couple of classes at the gym and all the deep breathing and hanging my head upside down made me dizzy! Ha! But several friends (and my doctor) suggested yoga recently, so I’m giving it another go and surprisingly loving it! Turns out there’s many different types of yoga practice and if you don’t enjoy one, just try another!
And of course, now that I’m loving yoga, I need some super cool yoga clothes, because of course I do! And I’m loving these Perfect Balance pieces!
