I’ve been finding tons of cool tees at Sun Frog Shirts for gifts and for myself.
I bought this one for my husband. If you’ve ever had a hyper husky in your life, you can relate.
I almost bought this funny tee for my dog loving pal, but picked another super cute one instead. (Can’t show you because I haven’t given it to her yet!)
More clever things for the animal lover in your life at Sun Frog Pet Tees.
And I bought this for my very favorite math teacher …
(I think I have a thing for animals in sunglasses!)
Super cute stuff!

I found this adorable vintage floral handbag at an antique market in Monterey. I fell in love with it right away. I love when something vintage echoes something so on trend … in this case, florals!
Here’s just a few of my favs from last week’s link up …
(you fab dolls make it soooo hard to only pick a few!)
Here’s Katie of Hello Katie Girl looking springy in this pretty abstract floral skirt, with a striped top and denim jacket.
Mica of Away from the Blue has been enjoying beautiful weather for awhile now in Australia. How cute and chic is she in shorts with a kimono and statement necklace?
And Pam of Over 50 Feeling 40 is the picture of classy chic in this leopard coat and red bag!

A group of 40-something bloggers got together to participate in a fun group style challenge to celebrate being forty, fun, and fabulous! What better theme to chose than color of the year, marsala, combined with the always classic wardrobe staple, denim. (Thanks, Sheela, for organizing and inviting me!)
Here’s my look …
The funny thing was when I got the email about this cool challenge, I had just posted this marsala and denim outfit. I decided I wanted to try something creative and different this time around! After all, middle age is a time in our lives when we feel confident enough to take risks, right? So here’s a dress, styled as a vest.
And it’s not the first time that I’ve played around styling this dress!
What do you think? A little wild, sure, but fun ….

And here’s Dixie of Inside Outer Style. Who looks so tall, lean, and chic in an oversized poncho sweater? This gal!
We’ve had amazing weather lately in San Jose. I feel a little guilty enjoying it so much, because first of all, a lot of my blogging buddies and readers are still buried in snow, and second of all, California desperately needs rain. But since I have no control over either situation, I’m just gonna enjoy the sunny 80 degree days!
And one way I’m enjoying the weather is by wearing bright pretty patterns for spring!
Just part of the fun day the hubby and I spent in Monterey to celebrate our wedding anniversary! I won’t bore you too much, but here’s one cute pic of us enjoying hot chocolate, cinnamon rolls, and a sunrise over the ocean.
I love this man!
Life is good!
And the weekend is just around the corner and you know what that means … FUN FASHION FRIDAY! Right here starting Friday Eve every week! Come by and link up any fashion, beauty, outfit or shopping post! Can’t wait to see what you all have to share with us this week!
Fashion Should Be Fun is holding it’s first giveaway! … a $50 gift card (or e-card, your choice) to Zappos, a fab place to shop online for shoes and clothing!
And I’m a sucker for a theme, so this is the Spring Break Zappos Giveaway! I know most of us are too old for a traditional spring break, but that feeling of wanting to get away and enjoy those first warm days at the beach never goes out of style! I had fun picking out spring-break-inspired items from the Zappos site, all $50 and under, to give you ideas how to spend your winnings! (Of course you can buy whatever the heck you want with it!)
Let’s see a few of the fab looks from last week’s party …
