When a Girl Loves a Blazer

Friends, I’ve had my eye on this blazer for awhile.  Sure I have two plaid blazers, one unstructured and one vintage, but this … THIS .. is the perfect blazer!  Everlane does it again, mixing a classic basic with a modern sense of cool.

The Oversized Blazer

The perfect modern take on the classic wool blazer, Everlane’s version is made of 63% Italian wool (100% recycled).  The double face weave gives it a subtantial weight and drape.  I couldn’t resist this classic glen plaid, but the jacket also comes in herringbone, pinstripes, as well as basic black and a beige twill.  Prepare to see this blazer A LOT!

This outfit would be a pretty easy one to recreate, Dolls.  Take a plaid blazer, a white tee, some modern jeans, and some combat boots (or other boots, or some Converse sneakers), and there you go!  Add some funky jewelry for a bit more edge!  If any of my outfits inspire your own, I’d love it if you sent me a snap or tagged me on social, Friends!
