Flattering Camo Pants

Okay let’s be honest, as a pear-shaped gal, with wide hips and thighs, I never hold my breath for patterned pants that are actually flattering. That’s okay … hey, we all have our fashion issues!  But I couldn’t help but take a chance on these camo pants from Soft Surroundings and hello … they’re fabulous! The weight, the stretch, the dark subtle camo print all works to make them oh-so-flattering.

Willow Camo Pants

Camo is a classic pattern, like leopard, polka dots, and stripes, it never goes out of style. I’ve always liked the urban jungle vibe of camouflage, but so far have kept my camo pieces to my top half.  But here are the best camo pants! Why do they work … even for me?  The pattern is dark and subtle.  The fabric is thick and stretchy, made of polyester, viscose, and spandex. Expect to see these on repeat, Ladies!  They run true to size, I’m usually a 4 or 6 on the bottom and these are 4, so if you’re between sizes, size down, but otherwise, stick to your regular size. Simone Pullover

The Simone Pullover is a great comfortable basic wardrobe item.  Lightweight perfect for layering.  Sharkbite hem adds some interest.  V-neck with seam down the middle adds a slimming element. Thumbs up and true to size!  Also available in Bone and Moroccan Red. (c/o)

These silver abalone earrings are super lightweight, which automatically makes them a favorite for me! (c/o)
