Summer Pants & Necklace Layers

 One of my summer joys is getting to spend time with my girlfriends!  On this day, I tried out a cool new Mediterranean restaurant with Cathy (Bay Area Fashionista) and of course did a little shopping as well! 

I actually bought these lightweight gauze pants as a bathing suit cover up, but decided to wear them for a lunch out and they totally worked. Super comfortable and flattering, the pants were a Nordstrom Rack steal that I can’t seem to find again for you (sorry)!

  I also wanted to do a simple look on this day to show off my pretty new Kendra Scott summer baubles, especially these necklaces!

Turning Fifty-Five!

June 22, 2021

55 seems like a big milestone to me.  Retirement communities are 55+, right? I can get a 10% discount now on Tuesdays at Ross!  And my retirement options are not such a distant nebulous thing in the far future anymore.  Get old is weird. And fabulous.

 

Along with a fun trip up the California coast (pic), I’m also spending my birthday doing some serious reflecting.
