Quince’s Italian Leather Stretch Sock Bootie Review

February 17, 2026

These are my new favorite boots! Why? So stretchy and comfortable, with a low heel that makes them perfect for work or the weekend.

Shop My Look:

Quince’s Italian Leather Stretch Sock Booties are just a dream to walk in. I can even wear them for a full day of teaching. I love the seam details, the slight square toe, and the buttery soft leather. And they go with everything! Also available in Bone and Merlot.

I’m also wearing my new Ruti Utimate Barrel Leg Jeans 2.0. They are surprisingly flattering and uber cool! These jeans also have just the right amount of stretch, which means they’re super comfortable too!

With my boots and barrel jeans, I added my favorite tee, favorite utility jacket, and am carrying my Quince Leather Woven Satchel (full review here). My Warby Parker shades and a chunky chain necklace from Kendra Scott finish off the look (similar).

See the barrel jeans styled another way and see the boots styled another way as well! Both very versatile and seasonless pieces for your wardrobe.

About the blog: Fashion Should Be Fun is me talking to you, other middle aged women like me who are over 40, but not over fashion.  We still want to look beautiful and stylish.  We still want to have fun with trends.  And we don’t need anyone giving us rules, because we’re all different. We all have our own shapes and bodies, parts we’d like to cover and parts we still don’t mind showing off a bit.  This is a place for me to share my love of fashion with you, style ideas, tips, trends, and inspiration. I know how liking the way we look can translate into confidence and energy. I know we have so much life left to live and so much adventure ahead of us. Let’s show the world you’re never too old to have fun and be fierce!
