Superhero – Styling a Cape

Nothing like wearing a chic cape to get you in touch with your inner superhero, right?

 

Usually I prefer to just accent a look with trends, but I went full force trendy here … studded boots, side snap athleisure culottes, sheer top, and long cape!  Everything just seemed to work together so well!

The top is from Lynn Ritchie and as always it is well-made and high- quality. I originally got this top to wear with my Lynn Ritchie vest for my first day of New York Fashion Week.  Unfortunately, I didn’t plan ahead and have a black cami ready to wear with it, so I wore another fab Lynn Ritchie top instead.  You can check out that whole outfit here.

The cape is from Shein and is sold out at the moment.  Hopefully they’ll get more in stock soon! In the meantime, you can always get a shorter version that actually is probably more versatile and wearable, The fun culottes are also from Shein.  Shein is a great place to shop for some trendy pieces to spice up your wardrobe without spending too much.
