My husband seems to love the boho chic look on me and bought me this amazing Free People sweater coat for Christmas.
Our home in the Santa Cruz mountains definitely has a bohemian aesthetic.

And this lil fashion puppy is always on hand, eagerly awaiting any opportunity for a photobomb.

Of course I did! Then. I did way back when in the late 60s … I remember an Indian cotton skirt, midi length with self-fringe. And a full length military coat, fitted, with brass buttons. And rough-out, knee-high moc boots with little turquoise colored beads on the zipper pull tabs.
You, of course, look fabulous and retro rather than lost in the era! You wear the period very well. Love your husband's taste in gifts!

You can wear whatever your heart desires, you are beautiful and I love your style! Like you, I don't care if something is "out of style" (says who?) if I like it – I wear it. Actually, I'm glad we live in a time when everything goes: maxi and minis, skinnies and flares, vintage and new. I think the important thing about fashion is to have fun with it.

I tend to dress boho most of the time, but that being said, I'm fairly moody fashion-wise myself! Love your FP pieces…my husband buys them for special occasions, as well…what smart guys we have! I love that red fringy sweater and have one very similar to your other one…a killer piece! Oh, and I'm over 50 and have no problem dressing any way that I want!
