Tired of cold weather and bulky winter gear? Well, here comes the sun! Maybe not where you are right now, but hey, it’s only a plane ride away anyway. It’s time for resort 2017 and here are a few super fabulous pieces from one of my absolute favorite designers, Lynn Ritchie!
I love Lynn Ritchie’s unique designs. How chic is this mixed media top, with the cool little cut out detail along the collar? Also the A-line shape can be forgiving after a season of indulging. The pants are flattering and feel wonderful, and everything can be worn separately and is versatile. I know I’ll be wearing these pants under sweaters instead of leggings. They feel just as comfy, but more refined and grown up. And this blouse would look adorable under a little moto jacket, wouldn’t it? Both pieces are comfy, stretchy, wrinkle-free … perfect for traveling.
(Showing the flattering fit of the pant, though feeling a bit silly with this pose!)
I was hoping to do a photo shoot for this outfit in Mexico, but my husband had so much going on at work that we couldn’t plan it. At least I had no problem finding palm trees anyway! There’s a section of our historic neighborhood called Palm Haven with rows of beautiful palms and Hollywood bungalow-style homes. It was a fun place to shoot some pics, though it was 35 degrees that morning and to this native Californian that’s unbearable! You’ll be seeing both these pieces again on the blog for sure!
Have you shopped at Lynn Ritchie yet? Here’s some reasons why you’ll love it:
-
Designed to fit and flatter
-
Quality fabrics, distinctive details, and exclusive prints
-
Easy care, wash and wear
-
Pieces with great versatility

MUAH!! Thank you SO much for choosing my “Winter Wonderland” look as your fave from last week’s linkup, dearest Dawn!! I was really happy with how the pics turned out, too; but let me tell you, I was pretty wet and cold by the time we had that photoshoot in the can!! We’ve had waaay more snow in Vancouver than we’re used to, and the winter’s only just begun; I gotta say that a trip to Mexico (or anywhere warm and sunny!) is sounding pretty darn appealing right now!! Your Lynn Ritchie tunic top is absolutely gorgeous, by the way!! Super flattering…and really fun, with the pattern mix and those little cutouts!! Sending love and best wishes for a very Happy New Year!! XOXO
