Leopard Skirt, Suede Boots, Cotton Cardigan

September 30, 2026

I’m starting to incorporate more fall items into my outfits, like these tall suede boots.

Shop this Look:

The boots are many years old, but if you’re looking for tall suede boots, I love these (25% off right now, available in black and brown suede).

This skirt was a Nordstrom Anniversary Sale find. I have mixed feeling about it to be honest. For the price (under $30) it’s cute, but the quality is about what you expect for the price (not super great). On the plus side, the cut is A-line so it doesn’t cling, the satiny material is pretty, and I love the leopard print in the black and cream.

The organic cotton cropped sweater was something I bought for our Pacific Northwest trip in June. It’s well-made, with sustainable practices, and cozy and versatile. I have to admit that I’m such a fan of long oversized cardigans, that I was planning to boycott the cropped cardigan trend, but I honestly like this one a lot! It’s really cute with wide-leg jeans, and of course with dresses and skirts too.

The bag you’ve seen before and it’s still a favorite. I’m wearing a plain black tee and some silver hoop earrings.

While I’m waiting for some new fall purchases to arrive, I’ve been shopping my closet and it’s always a good lesson is mixing and matching and rewearing favorites! See another mix and match with favorite pieces here.
