It’s that time of the year again, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! And even though no one I know gets as excited about it as they used to, it’s still a fun midsummer event and certainly a great excuse to start thinking about your fall wardrobe!

My tips for shopping the sale:
Looking at the catalog you got in the mail is fun, but if you really want to see everything that will be available, online is the place to do it.
Remember this a pre-season sale, so if you want a jumpstart at building your wearable, workable Fall/Winter 26/27 wardrobe, this is a great time to do it. Will these things be on sale again? Oh definitely … eventually … but not for a while. And as always, remember what you have in your closet and what you might need. I would suggest you do a little closet inventory BEFORE looking at what’s available. Buying anything you don’t really want and need is never a good buy, no matter what the price!
