We got a few sprinkles in San Jose this week … not many, but we’ll take them … and the weather is finally cooling off enough to bring out the sweaters. Yay!
I decided to style my Altuzarra flounce skirt in a warm and cozy way.
Outfit details:
Skirt – Altuzarra for Target
Boots – Aerosoles
Sweater – Old Navy
Scarf – Target
Bag – Oryany
Loving this skirt. It’s the perfect length and stretchy and comfy too. I could’ve done without the slit, but it really doesn’t show. Unless of course I pull out my best Angelina impression.
The things I do for the amusement of my readers.
Are you enjoying your fall, Dolls? Getting ready for Thanksgiving? Hubby and I might try cooking our first ever turkey this year … which will be an adventure.

What a lovely skirt. And you surround it beautifully. Love the sassy pose with the slit.
Thanks so much!
I like this look! Love the bag, shoes, scarf. Not sure about the skirt, but I always judge with a bias towards how it would look on me. So … It looks great on you tho! 🙂

That skirt looks fantastic on you!

Thanks, Dear!

Great sweater and scarf. You are one daring diva to rock that slit up to there skirt. 🙂
Haha …. believe me, I would never wear a slit this high, but it totally doesn't show normally. It's one piece of material over the other, so you really need to twirl or pose to expose it!
🙂
You gotta love a cute AND comfy skirt! That might just be the best combination ever!
Gotta love a little stretch and give in a skirt, right?!
🙂
Really nice look!

LOL … I am indeed! 😉
You crack me up with the Angelina pose! I purchased several Altuzarra pieces too and that scarf you are wearing is one of my favs. I could wear it every single day if I didn't restrain myself every now and then.
I was laughing so hard at myself when I was posing that it was hard to suck in the cheeks just right! 😉

Two things I love are flouncy skirts/dresses and leopard scarves (check out my post, today). So clearly I think this outfit rocks!
Happy Monday, Friend!
Will be checking out your post for sure! Muah!
Really great outfit! Love that scarf!
Thanks, Julie!

Your photos always make me smile. Love your skirt and leopard print scarf. You look great.
Thanks, Dear. You're so sweet!

I kinda like that side-slit, dearest Dawn; it gives your flirty skirt an extra little bit of sass!! And I really like your combination with the chunky white pullover, the tights, and those sultry knee-high boots…not to mention your leopard scarf!! Meee-ooow!! XOXO

The skirt looks fabulous, and the scarf makes the whole outfit. Great cool weather look.
Thanks so much Tiina!

Very elegant look (I'm definitely going to don, myself!)! Love that fab scarf so much! T. http://tickledpinkwoman.blogspot.com
Great fall outfit. I tried one of the pencil skirts from this collection and the slit was way too high for my comfort level. It doesn't seem to look too high in your outfit at all.
BTW, I have not cooked a turkey in my life either. I am too scared. Good luck on your turkey!
