For sure, I have to keep my feet equal heights. My gait is already embarrassingly lopsided, though getting a bit better every day.
One day I did try to rock some cropped pants with a cute left shoe, but I just didn’t think it worked …
What a mess!
I gave up and went for bootcut jeans and sneakers instead!
I think I just feel happier with the emphasis away from my feet!
So Dolls, put on your bitch clicks and enjoy! Do it for me so I can live vicariously! Hopefully I’ll be clicking along with you before I know it.

Oh, no. I'm so sorry about your toe! And your inability to wear heels; that is horrible. Feel better!
Aww, thanks, Gracey!
Oh no, hope you recover quickly! I love your bob btw. Loving all the blues int the first two outfits. You look great regardless of your broken toe.
Aww, thanks so much, Cynthia. I've been wearing more blue lately to go with my navy blue medical shoe. LOL!
Now you know why I wear the highest heels possible every chance I get! LOL
Not the end of the world, my dear. How about bedazzing that medical boot and wearing it as "foot jewelry"? You can't hide it, so you may as well make it look as stylish as possible.
Blinging it out was my first instinct! And I still might do it! Wish I was craftier!
Sorry about your toe – but you're rocking the boot! You look great as usual. Love the new haircut!
Thanks so much, Lana! OXOX
Thanks for your comment on my blog. You have cute styles with or without medical shoe!:) hope you recover soon!
Thanks so much for stopping by, Hon!
I sooo feel your pain, dearest Dawn!! I will NEVER take wearing a great pair of heels for granted again…or walking without a limp (if I ever get to that point, that is!) 🙁 You're doing a darn good job of "camouflaging" the situation with your flipflop and sneaker match-up; but I know what you mean about getting tired of the limited footwear options!! And thank you sooo much for the link to my blog, too…I still can't believe you're going through the same thing right now!! XO
I really need to stop trying so hard to be like you, Dear! hee hee ….
Oh no! You do rock a cast nicely though.
I don't know about that, but I am trying! Thanks so much. Hon!
What a bummer! I think you are doing a great job looking fabulous with that boot! I really like your leopard cardigan and red top outfit!
Thanks, Laura. You're so sweet! I'm trying not to give up and resort to sweats! LOL
Love this, I love the boot and sandal it looks great! I love that skirt in the first photo, and that scarf in the second! So cute! Oooo baby those red heel's are hotttttt girl! Love it!
Thanks, dear Iris! Hopefully I'll be clicking along in some hot heels before I know it!
People might think a broken toe is no biggie, but I've broken both of my little toes and sister, I feel your pain!!! You did a fab job of styling your "shoe" though!
Aww, thanks, Debbie! Yeah, it's amazing how one little toe can cause pain and throw off walking and balance! Thanks for stopping by!
Yes Dawn Lucy, I was wondering where your hair went. Too bad about your toe. Don't ya just hate when that happens? So I am sending you healing vibes to you, too. Thanks for braving the cast and posting anyway on "Fashion item Friday". ♥, Renae
Aww, thanks, Renae. I hope to have more interesting posts to share soon!
I´m so sorry about your toe! You coordinate well your cast though with your jeans and maxi skirt outfits. Hope your toes get better soon so that you can wear your fave highest heels! 🙂
Thanks, Hon! Yes, here's to high heels soon! 😀
Ouch sorry for that but believe me ….you are looking great though!!!
Aww … thanks Rebecca! You're sweet!
Your poor foot!! I've been struggling with wearing heels lately because I screwed my ankle up running. I've delayed going to the doctor though but now I'm wondering if I need a boot. UGH.

I hope you don't need a boot, Amy! Feel better …and good for you for running!
Looks like you are doing a good job keeping it stylish Dawn! I love your new bob too. Hope you are enjoying the 3 days off. xo Kim
Thanks, Dear. I tell you, it's a challenge figuring out what to wear with footwear so limited! But hopefully everyone is just looking at my new do instead. LOL.
At least you don't have one of those old icky plaster casts to wear that itch.
My favourite look was the maxi since you can hide anything underneath them ; ) Including a broken toe.
Thanks, Suzanne! Yeah, I'm grateful not to have a cast and crutches! Only a couple more weeks to go … Thanks so much for stopping by.
