Australian Designers at NYFW – Sally Skoufis & Fashion Palette

The Australians are coming!  I got to go to two events at New York Fashion Week showcasing amazing Australian fashion designers.

Sally Skoufis is a creative jewelry designer with so many gorgeous pieces.  I loved her presentation … the whole thing gave off a sensual woman warrior vibe.

 The other event was a runway show called Fashion Palette, showcasing Australian designers.  Unfortunately my photos aren’t great, but you can still get an idea of the lovely designs I saw.

This dress by Christalea was one of my favorites. Christalea is a collaboration between sisters Christiana Livaditis and Katya Lea Livaditis. They make gorgeous special pieces using embroidery, lace, and crystal embellishments.

Stephanie Chehade wowed in black and white designs. She is known for her beautiful fabrications and attention to detail.

Con Ilio is a label that is known for their special evening and bridal gowns. They showed many amazing looks!

Sui Generis is also a collaboration between  sisters,  Siobhan and Fionnuala (Nuala) Denniss. This label is know for its customizable fashion.

Milanja is yet another sister collaboration.  Twin sisters Vanessa and Christina create modern femininity with their looks.

Homebodii  creates lovely intimates and sleepwear.
