Tie-Dye Midi & Edgy Sweatshirt

Loving the outfit I’m wearing here … so many of my favorites in one outfit: a cool edgy and comfortable sweatshirt, an A-line midi skirt (tie-dye to boot!) … speaking of boots, my new Ash combat boots … a big tote and add a floppy hat and it’s a fabulous chic and wearable fall outfit!

The Pieces

The Sweatshirt

This super cool and unique top is the Evelyn Crop Top Black Turtleneck by Tina Givens from I Love Retail Therapy (c/o), a fabulously chic boutique in Lansing, Michigan.  As my readers know, I love supporting unique designers and I’ve been moving toward more sustainable and ethical fashion.  I’m really starting to pick and choose my items more carefully and I have a feeling that I’ll be wearing this top A LOT!  I love the heavy and soft high quality fabric and the luxury construction.  The unusual shape and lines will turn heads.  Do yourself a favor and check out the artisan crafted fashion at I Love Retail Therapy.

The Skirt 

The Love, Fire Tie-dye Midi Skirt is easy to wear.  I’m liking the neutral tie-dye for fall.  My one complaint is that the skirt feels very thin, more like a summer skirt.

The Boots

My Ash Razor Combat Boots from Neiman Marcus Last Call get another spin with this outfit.  Loving this trend … anything that looks cool and edgy AND is comfortable is a thumbs up in my book.

The Hat

I’ve had this hat for so many years that I don’t even remember where I got it, but I like this one from Macy’s.
