Here’s a summer outfit idea with a boho California vibe!

I’m loving this new tank from Everlane called The Air Cami. It’s the perfect little cami/tank for layering or just by itself. I really like the deep V in the back which adds a little extra interest with my new short do. (No worries though … it’s not so deep that it shows a bra strap!) It runs true to size and I’m wearing a medium for a looser fit and a small would’ve fit but been more form fitting. And as always at Everlane, it’s eco-friendly and high quality.

The headscarf look is so fun and I’m surprised I haven’t used it more often this summer. It does take a couple of extra minutes to make sure the scarf is folded right and then it’s good to add a few bobby pins to keep it in place. I really like it with this summer scarf from Chico’s! Can you believe it’s almost August, Friends? Next week I have my first virtual teacher meeting and the week after we get to meet our kids (online of course)! It will be an interesting year for sure. Several people have asked me if teaching online will be easier or harder. I’m not sure yet, but I’m guessing it will definitely take more planning to start out!

Hi Dawn,
Cute! I like that tee tank, I need a few more that fit well and are good quality. Great to layer under a cardigan, the weather around here is so FLEXIBLE!!
I have a scarf in my hair today, I am always fighting with it to keep it on my head, hadn’t thought about bobby-pins. Great advice, thanks.
Hope you enjoy the last week of your summer “vacation”. Next year for sure will be better! But at least you had some time to relax.

I cannot wear a headscarf to save my life! My hair is so thin, they slide right off! I love the way you are wearing yours! Gimme all the boho looks – love!
