Any other Fleetwood Mac fans out there? Along with being meaningful music to me throughout the years, I’ve also been influenced by their 70’s boho fashion, especially Stevie Nicks’ dreamy outfits.
Other great boho looks for women over 40: Lightweight Red Poncho, Janis Joplin T-shirt,
… and Summer Style Over 40.
This is what I came up with … a flowly kimono (H&M) with skinny jeans (Gap), knee high black boots (Aerosoles), long silver chain (hand-me-down), and studded clutch (Urban Expressions – Nordstrom Rack).
Looking great! Love both the kimono and the studded clutch. As for Fleetwood Mac, I like some of their songs, but am not a big fan, which I think is mostly because the timing was off 😉
Alex – Funky Jungle
Thanks Alex! 🙂
Oh I love what you wore to the concert and you and your guy are so good-looking together. Wow, what a great couple! I hope you have a great Thanksgiving and right back at ya with the jewels (I'm thinking of your previous post). I just put up photos of the Tiffany holiday windows in NYC. Have a look and you will know why I have diamonds on the brain! Oh my God! It's so bad! XO, Jill
Happiest of Tday to you, sweet Jill! Maybe Santa will drop some diamonds into our stockings this year? Yeah, not likely for me … pretty new home = pretty big mortgage! Argh. 😉
I love that outfit! The kimono is so fun! Sadly, I've never heard of any of Fleetwood Mac's songs, but you looked great!
Oh dear Megan … you're so …. young. 😉 Hee …. adore you anyway and your great style!

It was a blast! Thanks, Stacey!
Absolutely loving this outfit, dearest Dawn!! It's perfect for a Fleetwood Mac concert…I totally see Stevie's influence in the black and white kimono and those killer boots!! You and your handsome husband could easily have been "with the band" tonight!! P.S. Enjoy your Thanksgiving feast…and maybe some Black Friday shopping, too?! XOXO
Hee hee … you're so cute! I'm always happy when I trick my camera shy guy into a photo! OXOX
Dawn, Love your kimono and clutch. I think the whole outfit was pretty and perfect for a concert. Love Fleetwood Mac and I still think their music is so wonderful. Lucky you! Great old top photo of them too. Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving dear. xo Kim
Aren't they awesome? Wishing you and your gang the happiest of Tdays! Coffee soon!
Lucky you! I think I would have loved to have seen them in concert. I could wear that whole outfit Stevie is wearing in the first photo. Really it would fit right in in the latest Anthro catalog.
You guys really do look like quite the hip chic couple.
Happy US Thanksgiving!
Aww you're a sweetheart! And yes, I can totally see Stevie and even Christine's 70's outfit in the Anthropologie or Free People catalog!
Happy Tday, Dear!
How fun! I think the outfit you came up with was perfect! I love that you got to go. Thank you so much for your kind words on my blog. You made my day.

I am loving your outfit! Perfect for a night out. My best friend LOVES Fleetwood Mac. She's never made it to a concert yet tho.
I saw Fleetwood Mac a couple of years ago and they were great, but it was extra special this time around to have Christine McVie back in the line up!
I really love Fleetwood Mac. Great guitarist and the whole band is awesome. YOU are rockin that look. I love it with the boots and the hubby looks great too! I am going to Brian Setzer in a few weeks, going to dress fun too.
