Are you familiar with the Dansko brand? Dansko was founded by a husband and wife team in Pennsylvania in 1990. The pair wanted to create good-for-you shoes for people who want to get the most out of life.

This is my first pair of Dansko shoes and I’m loving the classic stying, premium materials, and exquisite craftsmanship … all the things I look for in my favorite shoe brands.

As a teacher who’s on her feet most of her day, comfort is the highest priority.  With school out for summer now though, I had another priority in mind: comfortable shoes for traveling!

Vienna Sandal

I’ve been attempting to put together a versatile capsule wardrobe for a trip and these Dansko Vienna sandals will be the perfect addition.  The leather dual strap slide-on style is so comfortable and can be adjusted for the best possible fit. The uppers are leather and the nubuck is treated for stain resistance.  The suede socklining gives softness underfoot while the contoured cork midsole wedge with a foam footbed supports and cushions.

This Vienna style sandal will look perfect with jeans, pants, shorts, and skirts. It’s available in five colors, but I picked the metallic gold leather to make sure the shoes would work with everything I’m bringing on my trip.

Styling tip: Metalics are a fun neutral, so versatile, but with a touch of glam too!

After my trip, I’m sure this pair will be one of my go-to grab-and-go pairs for summertime!
