A Little Audrey & a Custom Hat

This weekend I watched Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face, and I’m sure seeing Audrey prance around it her black cigarette pants and loafers inspired this look!

Does a movie ever inspire you to try a certain look? I was looking to some fashionable movies to give me a little dose of style eye candy. I have to admit that I’ve been in a bit of a fashion rut lately.  And I bet I’m not the only one.  I also watched Clueless. I just love that silly movie.  The fashion is so fun and it still makes me laugh out loud. My husband called out from the other room to see what all the giggling was about. 😉

I really enjoyed styling this cool new hat. And it was super fun to make it online. I got to pick out everything from the material to the trim, and I even had it made exactly to the size of my head.  It looks expensive and fits perfectly, so I’m sure I’ll be wearing it a lot.  Thanks Bon Clic Bon Genre for letting me try out their cool shopping experience.

What has been inspiring your looks lately, Ladies?  Is anyone else feeling like they’re in a bit of a fashion funk?  I sure do miss the events, meet ups, and fashion shows of last summer!  I just keep reminding myself that it’s most important to stay safe and healthy, right?!
