Trend Alert: Belting Your Blazer

New trend alert, Dolls … what do you think of belting your blazers?

 

I’m thinking the trend looks quite chic and I can’t wait to try it with my plaid blazer too!

The Madewell Medium Transport Tote is a great practical and versatile bag, available in 7 gorgeous shades of leather, along with a couple of suede choices. I’m crazy over this rich “English Saddle” color and of course it’s a great neutral and goes with everything.  Loved the color so much that I got this Madewell Backcountry Belt in the same shade!

Blazer and Shirt

This well-made blazer and eye-catching silk print shirt are both from Lafayette 148 NY and given to me for my New York Fashion Week trip.  I’m happy to report that both pieces are on sale right now, if you’re looking for some luxe items you’ll be loving for years!

Jeans

Regular readers know I’m crazy over these Frame denim jeans that I bought at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.  Last time I checked they were sold out, but Frame has many other fabulous styles.  I think I’m ready for my next pair!

Shoes
