Welcome to the Jungle

Does it feel a bit like a jungle out there these days?  People out “hunting” for food … and then heading right back to their caves to survive another day?

 

Okay, maybe I’m being dramatic, but I felt inspired to put on my camo and my jungle tee, and head out to the urban jungle for a few snaps this weekend.

I shopped my own closet for this look: my fav camo pants, fav moto jacket, my Kenzo tee (from the H&M collab), my combat boots, and my fun red leopard hobo bag.  It felt good to put together an outfit that didn’t include track pants, sneakers, or a hoodie.  You know, for a change.

 

I love finding new wall art in downtown San Jose. Isn’t this one cool?

I do have a few new things on their way.  But is it just me, or is shipping super slow right now?  I’ve been waiting on a few cute sweatshirts for like 3 weeks. Argh.

How is everyone doing now?  This last month has been good for me.  It felt like a much needed emotional detox, a break from the rush and hustle of everyday life, especially teaching. But I’m sure feeling ready for what comes next now, you know?  How about you?
