In the Halloween spirit, the Fab 40’s decided to go for goth inspired looks this month. Oh okay, “we” didn’t decide … it was my turn to pick and thrust this odd challenge upon us. I’m a HUGE Halloween fan and a frustrated goth at heart (they kicked me out of the club back in the day for being far too cheerful and friendly!)
My goth-inspired look …
Outfit details:
Dress – Old Navy
Blazer – Karen Kane
Boots – Aerosoles
Jewelry and Bag – Vintage (thrifted)
It was also my turn to pick a guest blogger and so I picked one of my favorites …
Gracey ofFashion for Giants! (Doesn’t she look pretty? Love that statement necklace!)
Outfit details:
Dress – thrifted vintage
Sweater – Piperlime
Necklace – Old Navy
Earrings – gifted vintage
Boots – Splendid
And the rest of the Fab 40’s gang … looking goth-y and gorgeous!
Somehow, Dawn Lucy, you managed to turn goth into something feminine without looking like you walked off a period set, and I think that's awesome. I think you look awesome 🙂
Ha- you cracked me up about being too cheerful and friendly! You certainly are wearing this style well – the long dress and booties are perfect. Thanks for linking up with Fabulous Friday!

This is such a good look to create…I always wrack my brain and truth be told – I could've created a goth look with things I already have!
