The first time I ever heard of Restoration Hardware a friend wanted to take me and I was so grumpy because I hate hardware stores. Ha! But of course it’s much more than a hardware store and it was so fun to explore.
When my husband and I married, we treated ourselves to a RH bedroom set that I still totally adore. So I’m a bit of a fan.
And of course most importantly, because this is a style blog, this is what I wore!!

I wanted to dress in weekend casual, but I felt like this new gallery location deserved at least a few outfit upgrades, so I added some strappy heels and my YSL bag. (My husband asked me why I was walking funny, which makes me think that I should really pull out the heels way more often!😂)
The restaurant is dreamy and would be the perfect place for a she-she girl lunch, wouldn’t it?
And a big thanks to those of you who sent me well wishes for my first week back at school. I can’t believe I’m starting my year thirty as a high school English teacher! I survived the first week and I’m starting to get into the swing of things. So far I really like my kids which makes all the difference. Also, this year for the first time, I’m teaching part time. It’s a special program for teachers who are over 55 and who have been teaching in the district for many years. I’m super happy about that!
