The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a fun and wild ride … for bloggers for sure … and I think for any serious shoppers! The drama of the busy website, the orders still “getting ready” for days at a time, the things you thought you bought but then turn up “cancelled” on your account because they’re sold out. It is weird that I enjoy the drama a bit? I always liked that about designer collaborations as well. I guess this recovering drama queen still enjoys a little excitement in her life, as long as it’s super small and totally manageable!
This is the time of the year when all the spring trends start hitting the stores and the magazines, and yet for most of us, it’s still chilly and will be for awhile. Crochet is going to be big for spring 2019 and here’s my take on wearing the trend on a cool day.
It’s time for the next installment of my wardrobe staples series and this time around, let’s talk about the moto jacket. Once an iconic symbol of rebellion, the moto jacket is a mainstream wardrobe basic now, but it still packs a bit of an edgy punch.
I shopped my own closet and this is what I came up with. I was really happy with the classic color combination and the easy sophistication of the outfit. I’ve been wanting to try my knee-high boots with my cropped pants and was happy to find they looked quite cute together (though it’s a bit hard to tell in the photos).
