Karina’s Ruby Dress in Houndstooth (& Link Up)

September 7, 2017

Today I’m showing off another fabulous easy-to-wear and flattering dress from Karina Dresses!

Ruby in houndstooth print, the easy dress

I love a houndstooth print. It reminds me of my mother. She always swooned over black and white houndstooth and I know she would love this gray and black for fall too. (I miss that woman every single day of my life, by the way!)

I’m loving this Ruby style dress from Karina. I have to admit, the more …umm … “interesting” my elbows get, the more I appreciate this 3/4 length sleeve!  Plus it’s perfect for this time of year.  Add cute booties with bare legs now for a pre-fall look and then get your tights and boots ready to go when the weather cools down.  And as always, this Karina dress is made in the US, wrinkle-free, machine-washable … and can I just tell you these dresses look fabulous wash after wash?  When this teacher is running late in the morning, I grab a Karina dress!  It’s one-and-done … and I know I’ll look pretty, professional, and ready to go.

I’m so excited to be going!  Follow along and get the scoop on all the shows and of course my outfits!  I’ve also been fondly remembering last year, and my very first show ever, meeting Brad Goreski, seeing the Project Runway finale, and seeing Kelly Osbourne at the wild Namilia show! Can’t wait to share another NYFW adventure with my readers!

Don’t forget to link up and have fun visiting each other!

You look fabulous and ready for any occasion in that dress. The houndstooth is a nice alternative from floral or plaid. It brings a bit of edginess to a feminine style.

Oh wow!! What a perfect dress for a girl like me who’s all about black and white and every shade in between!! And wrap-style dresses are sooo flattering, aren’t they?? But the icing on the cake has GOT to be those split-shaft booties, dearest Dawn…I think I’d own every single style that Vince Camuto makes if I could afford it!! Definitely one of my fave footwear designers!! 🙂 P.S. I’m green with envy that you’re at NYFW right now…make sure you enjoy it enough for the both of us, okay?! XOXO
