To celebrate the continuing success of the LIKEtoKNOW.it shopping app, the company has been painting beautiful walls, one at a time, all around the country. Now, it’s San Francisco’s turn!
If you’re not familiar with the app yet, LIKEtoKNOW.it is a fun easy-to-use shopping app that can be downloaded from the Apple app store …. and it’s FREE! Whenever you see that cute little heart with the broken circle around it in the corner of a photo, you can screen shot it, and then the shopping info and links will show up on your app on your phone! Seriously, technology never ceases to amaze me!
The Wall & The Dress
So, all the Bay Area bloggers were very excited to have the wall in our hood! We were begging for a preview and got a little color swatch as a hint. I took that and ran with it and bought this dress. Doesn’t it look just PERFECT with the wall? I was quite proud of myself, plus it’s a fab dress that I’m sure I’ll wear a lot.
The day after I bought the dress, I found this scarf. I was early for hair appointment and so stuck my head in the thrift store across the street and this crazy vintage scarf immediately reminded me of the color swatch! Who doesn’t believe in good shopping karma?!
The shoes I really wanted were sold out and I needed something that could be sent quickly, so I bought these cute little heels on Amazon. They’re faux suede and come in black and taupe as well … and are surprisingly comfortable for such inexpensive shoes.

I kept seeing those painted walls on Instagram but didn’t know it was connected to Like It To Know It. Interesting. Stunning Look! Love the shoes!
You should be proud of yourself. The way the colors of the wall and your dress coordinated was the first thing I noticed. I wondered, “now how did she do that?!?”. Now I know! 🙂 It looks fabulous and fun, as usual!
Haha … thanks so much, Chrissy!
That is really a beautiful outfit and the colors couldn’t have been any more perfect to compliment the wall. I live outside of SF and we were in the city 2 weeks ago and I didn’t know about the wall until a few days later. Next time, I’ll be hunting it down. Happy Friday!
Dawn Lucy, how perfect! These colors are amazing on you. And what a super fun wall! I have actually been contemplating painting the inside of my back yard fence in some vibrant colors just for a fun photo back drop! I haven’t run this past my husband yet, but maybe I will. He might think I’m crazy though! You looks fabulous as usual. Thanks for the link up and have a fantastic weekend!
