I wanted to write a quick post to let you know that I’m on my way to New York for fashion week! I really hope you’ll follow along on my adventures on Instagram and/or Facebook! I always manage to have a blast and usually dumb-luck myself into something fabulous, like a selfie with Paris Hilton!

There are always so many things to look forward to at fashion week. I love just being there and soaking up all the amazing energy!
Here’s a little sneak peek at what I’m going to be up to this time around … I’m taking the red eye flight Wednesday night and will get there Thursday morning, hitting the ground running as always.
My first show of the season will be the Laurence and Chico show. I sadly had to miss this show last time around and I heard that it was super fun and that Miss Jay Alexander walked in the show! Can’t wait to see it this time around!
I’m also going to see the Jiri Kalfar runway. Kalfar is one of two former ballet dancers showing at fashion week this season, the other being Hogan McLaughlin. Kalfar is from Prague and I heard several Czech supermodels will be walking in that show, including the most magnificant Paulina Porizkova. If you were a fashion fan in the 80’s and 90’s, you probably also worshipped THE queen of cheekbones!
I got an invitation to Badgley Mishka for the first time! Very exciting! And I’m thrilled to say not only did I get invited but so did my girls Cathy, Laura, and Kali so we’ll all be there together. The other show where we’ll all be together is Nonie, a favorite of none other than the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle
Chromat is always a fun show and I love their inclusive model selection. At a Chromat show you will see every shape, size, age, ethnicity, as well as transgender and handicapped models. All bodies are beautiful to Chromat and I love to hear everyone cheer and shout for every single model! It’s a love fest and a fun time for everyone!

Season after season, my two favorite shows are Taoray Wang and Son Jung Wan. I’m usually just ga-ga over both collections and I feel so lucky to be able to see them again this year.
